We clean area rugs of all shapes, sizes, and materials. If there’s anything we’ve learned in our time, it’s the best methods to properly clean a rug. Keep in mind we recommend starting with our standard cleaning unless you have a specific concern like pet odor, stain protection, or another specialty rug cleaning service. Embedded dry allergens, dirt, and sand are removed from the rug using our specialized dust filtration system.
Each rug is inspected and evaluated according to its cleaning needs. Any special requests by the customer are noted.
Any pre-spotting areas noted during inspection are completed. The rug is then hand cleaned using traditional methods and soft rotary brushes. From here, our state-of-the-art wash system ensures a pure, gentle washing using soft water and mild soap. The rug undergoes a water rinse to remove cleansing soap. Finally, the fringe is gently cleaned by hand to bring back its natural beauty.
95% of the water is removed immediately following the cleaning. Your rug is then groomed to assure a consistent direction of the pile and appearance. The rug is then dried in our custom heat and humidity controlled dry room ensuring your rug is safely and thoroughly dried.
Each rug is thoroughly examined to assure our exacting standards are met. Your clean, fresh rug is wrapped and ready to be returned to your home or office.
